KG BUAH PALA: SOLUTION REACHED BETWEEN STATE GOVERNMENT AND RESIDENTS; 2 STEP APPROACH

1st Approach: Revoke the PBT to stop the developer to build any bricks. They can follow the court order to demolish the house. But they can build anything. The developer can sue the state government but this will take a long long time. Maybe 20 years and it will be lose lose situation.

2nd Approach: Set a portion of land for the resident of Kampung Buah Pala to co-exist.

Hopefully this will end the Kampung Buah Pala issue.
