Singapore REIT

Recently I have been thinking to buy REIT but look at Malaysia REIT as compare to SINGAPORE REIT, I would say that singapore REIT is better.

SO, I am waiting for my friend to open an account.

Aiming at SUNTEC- REIT.
Current Price: S$1.08
Yield: 11.372%
NAV: S$1.956

and FSL Shipping trust.
Current Price: S$0.60
Yield: 14.196%
NAV: $0.71
