We wish to announce that the POS-CA expired at 5.00 p.m. on 8 December 2011 (“Expiry Date”) and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below.
Cash Settlement Amount:
= Number of POS-CA x (Closing Price – Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio) – Exercise Expenses
= Number of POS-CA x (RM2.5520 – RM3.30) x (1/4) – Exercise Expenses
The Closing Price of RM2.5520 is average of the closing prices of the POS Shares on each of the five (5) market days immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is less than zero, we shall not be obliged to make any payment to the relevant warrantholder and the POS-CA shall become void and cease to have any exercise rights.
