This amended announcement is made to rectify the additional information required by the Bursa Securities listing requirements, pertaining to section 8(c)(i) of the quarterly report ended 30 September 2011 as announced on 29 November 2011. The gross dividend amount shall not be more than RM0.04 sen per Emivest share and is not RM0.40 as previously announced.
