| LISTING'S CIRCULAR NO. L/Q : 66015 OF 2012 |
| ASIAEP RESOURCES BERHAD ("ASIAEP" or "the Company") has failed to appoint a |
| sponsor within 3 months from the Companys First Announcement in accordance |
| with Rule 8.04(3)(a)(ii) of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ACE Market |
| Listing Requirements ("ACE LR"). |
| In the circumstances and pursuant to Rule 8.04(5) of the ACE LR:- |
| (a) the trading in the securities of the Company will be suspended with |
| effect from 24 September 2012; and |
| (b) the securities of the Company will be de-listed on 26 September |
| 2012 unless an appeal is submitted to Bursa Securities on or before |
| 21 September 2012 ("the Appeal Timeframe"). Any appeal |
| submitted after the Appeal Timeframe will not be considered by Bursa |
| Securities. |
