AIA investment link fund

I think it is time for me to switch fund.

My investment link fund is park under 50% AIA Asia Platinum Fund and AIA Eleven Plus fund.

Based on below chart, it perform badly comparatively with other fund.

What is my Insurance Agent doing? 

Why she didn't recommend me to switch fund???

I will follow aboi swap to this 3 funds:

a) AIA Aggressive Fund (trading/services), 

b) AIA Medium Cap Fund(industrial products & consumer) 

and 

c) AIA Fixed Income Fund (finance borrowings).

But hor, election is coming, Will it be wise if I swap now?
