KUALA LUMPUR (June 5): Based on Bursa Malaysia announcements and news  flow today, stocks to watch tomorrow (June 6) may include the following companies :

Petron Malaysia Refining & Marketing Bhd has clarified that Mirzan Mahathir is not a shareholder in the downstream oil and gas firm and that he does not have any management role in the company.

According to Petron Malaysia, the clarification was in response to its minority shareholders' query on Mirzan’s role in the company, and the firm’s owners Philippines-based Petron Corp and San Miguel Corp.

GREEN PACKET BHD [] may be in the spotlight after the information and communication TECHNOLOGY [] firm said a key executive of the company has resigned.

The firm said Michael Lai has resigned from his post as chief executive officer (CEO )of Packet One Networks (M) Sdn Bhd for "personal reasons". Lai has passed the baton to Green Packet group founder and CEO CC Puan.

Eversendai Corp Bhd may attract market interest after Bernama reported that the structural steel turnkey and power plant contractor is optimistic that its oil, gas and petrochemicals business will contribute up to RM600 million to turnover in the next two years.

The business sectors, ventured into by Eversendai Technics Pte Ltd, are expected to start churning out earnings for the group in the third quarter of this year, said Eversendai executive chairman and group managing Ddirector, Tan Sri A.K. Nathan.

IBRACO BHD [] said it will seek its shareholders' consent for its proposed first and final single tier dividend of 5 sen a share at the property firm's coming annual general meeting.

The payout is for financial year ended December 31, 2012. The firm said its shares will trade ex-dividend on July 8 this year while the payment date falls on July 24.

KLCC Real Estate Investment Trust which trades ex-dividend tomorrow (June 6) plans to pay a first interim tax-free dividend of 4.5 sen a share. KLCC will pay the dividend this June 30.

National oil firm Petroliam Nasional Bhd owns 75.47% of KLCC.
