KUALA LUMPUR (June 4): Based on Bursa Malaysia announcements and news  flow today, stocks to watch tomorrow (June 5) may include the following companies :

SapuraKENCANA PETROLEUM BHD [] said the oil and gas support-services provider and PTSC Offshore Services Joint Stock Co have clinched a US$35 million (RM108.28 million) contract in Vietnam.

According to SapuraKencana, the job scope involves installation services for offshore platform and pipeline within the Diamond field.

The field is located 18 km north of the Ruby field and 155km east of Vung Tau.

Nakamichi Corp Bhd major shareholders Goh Kheng Peow and his wife See Thoo Chan, both of whom have a combined stake of some 32.94% in the timber firm, have proposed to remove executive director and chief executive officer Lo Man Heng from the board.

Nakamichi said Goh and See intend  to propose the removal of Lo at the company's upcoming annual general meeting.

Goh and See are also substantial shareholders and directors in COMPUGATES HOLDINGS BHD []. Their combined stake comes to 31.42% in the consumer-electronic products distributor which also undertakes timber operations.

Bursa Malaysia has queried  DVM TECHNOLOGY [] BHD [] on the sharp rise in the price and volume of the stock, the information and communication technology provider said.

DVM shares spiked 7.5 sen or 50% to close at 22.5 sen. A total of 61.66 million shares changed hands. The fourth most-traded entity had earlier reached an intraday high of 29 sen.

Sarawak-based HOCK SENG LEE BHD [] (HSL) and CAHYA MATA SARAWAK BHD [] (CMSB) may attract market interest as both stocks trade ex-dividend tomorrow (June 5).

Builder HSL plans to pay dividends of 2.6 sen a share comprising final and special payouts of two sen and 0.6 sen respectively.

The shareholder rewards for financial year ended December 31, 2012 (FY12) will be paid this June 18.

CMSB intends to pay a final dividend of 12 sen a share less 25% income tax for FY12. The firm, the businesses of which, include cement manufacturing, CONSTRUCTION [] and financial services, will make the payout this June 21.
