EAH proposes bonus issue of two free warrants for every nine shares

KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 25): EA Holdings Bhd (EAH), an end-to-end enterprise solutions provider, has proposed a bonus issue of two free warrants for every nine shares held in the company.
In a statement today, the company said, based on its existing issued and paid-up share capital of RM42.5 million, comprising 425,176,500 EAH shares and 116,250,750 outstanding warrants 2010/2015 (Warrants A), upto 120,317,166 free warrants (Warrants B) will be issued, on a date to be set soon.
Chief Executive Officer, Mohammad Sobri Saad, said the issuance of the warrants was meant to reward shareholders, in line with the company’s robust growth and strong balance sheet.
"The bonus warrants would also provide an opportunity for more investors to gain exposure to the company," he said.
