If I sell my current house, CAN I buy back a double storey terrace house nearby????
What the point if your current house keep appreciate but you can't do anything???
What can I do???
1) Top up my loan by maximizing the capital appreciation.
2) From the extra loan, BUY another property.
Any other things that I can do???
Worst capital appreciation condo is Venice hill, look at the data, rental about RM 1 k:
Pajam Flat, another place that I interested, also bad in capital appreciation, only good in rental (RM 350 - RM 450):
