Movie tickets purchased via the remote sales channels are strictly non-refundable and are not available for exchange under whatever circumstances.
A non-refundable RM1.00 (Ringgit Malaysia One) booking fee per transaction will be charged to your credit card or M-Money account on every transaction made via the remote sales channels.
If purchased via Credit Card, the card holder must present the original credit card used for the online transaction and provide the Booking Number to collect the tickets.
If purchased via Maxis M-Money, the account holder must present the booking number and both the SMS regarding the transaction must be retained.
