I think not worth it. At 0.025 cents of LR, you still need to pay 10 cents for it.
And conversion price is 40 cents, in the end add up will be 52.5 cents.
Might as well buy the mother share at 50 cents now.

Hi, i beg to differ your view.
Scomi-LR and Scomi were last traded at 0.02 and 0.49 respectively.
Assume one were to purchase 60lots of Scomi-LR for RM1200 and subscribing for the ICSLS for RM6000. The total investment will cost RM7200.
However, there will be 8 lots of warrants given for free with exercise price of RM0.40.
So, assume again, that the price of Scomi post ICSLS listing is maintained at 0.49. The value of the holding will be equivalent to 15lots of Scomi shares at 0.49 (by converting 4 ICSLS to 1 Scomi share) and 8lots of warrants possibly priced at 0.09 (assuming zero premium) = (15 X 0.49) + (8 X 0.09) = RM8,070.
Meaning this is a good arbitrage opportunity. The only time one will lose money is when Scomi dropped below RM0.45 post listing which is the break-even price for 0.02 Scomi-LR.
Bear in mind also that the ICSLS will yield an interest of 4% p.a. on the nominal value of RM6000.
Hope my calculations here is correct.
Yes, I totally agree with you.
But I will not fork out 7.2 k just to get the 800 return which is uncertain.
I might as well take the 7.2 k buy better share and the risk is lower.
Just my 2 cents.
Unless you already have the mother and give free with LR.
Then that another scenario.
Where can I find Conversion Prices? I am a newbie...
