I personally have 30 lots of talam at 0.095 cents.
The risk is high.
Outlook:Bullish technical and fundamentals.
Catalyst : Expected to be brought out from PN17 on the 4th of Nov 2009.
Strategy : Resistance is pegged at RM 0.145.
A close above that level will trigger fresh buying.
Target price RM 0.25 to RM 0.30
Positions :Buy at an average price of RM 0.1075.
Results:Holding unrealized profits0 win,0 loss

ck dont simply believe everything on the web, trust yourself, this is what i read last nite at bursa annoucement page for talam.
'With the completion of the Regularisation Plan as approved by the SC, the Company will be making an application soon to Bursa Securities to uplift the Company from the PN17 status upon the completion of the asset divestment programme, anticipated within the next few months.
