Jabatan Tanah reply my email

I bought my house 4 years ago but until today I didn't receive any Cukai Tanah (Quit Rent) bill that ask me to pay. So I think this is something wrong so I go and call jabatan tanah to find out what is the error. To my surprise, it is still under another person name. I call them but they pass here and there and nobody can answer my problem.

Therefore, I decided to email. Of course you must email their BOSS, ha ha ha.

Here is the response, Now I know how to do it. Never under estimate the power of email.

I think I should reply back:

Adalah mustahil setelah 4 tahun, Unit Hasil belum mengemaskini nama geran. Semua orang tidurkah?

But I just want the end results which is change to my name, so be gentle and patient a bit loh.

Setelah disemak, nama tuan telah didaftarkan di dalam geran namun belum dikemaskini di Unit Hasil. Hal ini telah dipanjangkan ke Unit Hasil. Tuan boleh menyemak status terkini terus dengan Unit Hasil di Nombor telefon 03-89251991 ext 171 , ext 116 (Kaunter Semakan).
