| We refer to the announcement dated 3 May 2010, in which Talam had announced, | |||
| inter-alia, that an application has been made to Bursa Malaysia Securities | |||
| Berhad ("Bursa Securities") for its apporval to uplift the Company from the | |||
| PN17 status. | |||
| In this respect, we wish to announce that Talam and its adviser, RHB Investment | |||
| Bank Berhad, are still collating the necessary information/documents as | |||
| requested by Bursa Securities and expects this to be done by early June 2010. | |||
