Dijaya, Ivory to develop land in Penang
Dijaya Corp and Ivory Properties Group Bhd said they planned to jointly develop 102 acres of land in Malaysia's northern Penang state. The developers will build residential and commercial properties on the land which they estimate may generate sales worth RM10 billion, the companies said in separate exchange filings today in Kuala Lumpur. -- Bloomberg
