Hong Leong Bank WISE credit card vs OCBC titanium credit card

Hong Leong bank now very aggressive. They come out a cash rebate credit card called WISE.

Maximum cash back is RM 100 per month.

I agree to have this maximum cash back condition.

But minimum 10 transaction above RM 50 per month.

WHY they Want to have this minimum 10 transaction??????

and the Annual fees is not cheap RM 150 per year.

Too many term and conditions.

I am still prefer OCBC titanium credit card. Because I don't need to worry about RM 50 x 10 transaction per month and annual fees.
