We refer to the announcement dated 3 April 2013 stating that the Monetary Authority of Singapore had vide its letter dated 2 April 2013, informed that STM-Trust may proceed with the lodgement of the prospectus for the Proposed Listing.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of BToto, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that due to the efflux of time, STM is required to prepare a fresh set of audited financial statements for inclusion in the prospectus. STM is now actively engaging its auditors with the view to complete the audit for the financial year ended 30 April 2013 by end June 2013.
Based on the foregoing, BToto hopes to commence the process for the initial public offering by early July 2013 leading to the listing of STM-Trust on the SGX-ST by end August 2013.
