Smart Phone is a necessity now, I will opine all the line provider which provide bundle package with handphone promotion.

You should not take out the plan and fall into the trap.

I would suggest UMOBILE- RM 28 package which give you 1 GB data plan.

and buy any of the phone below. Huawei Honor 3C not a bad choice.

Another one is LENOVO A850 plus which is octa core phone with 5.5" but short fall is camera only fetch 5 MP.

My phone bill now only RM 20 per month after change to smart phone, previously is RM 30++. I use WIFI at office and at home.
