I need to get 11k to bank in for SSPN (8K) + PRS (3K)

Where to get this 11k??

From Public Bank Balance Transfer, but charge 1%, give him lah. (RM 110)

Boost I already earn back RM 120, he hehe.

So say you want to apply for 11k balance transfer, does it mean you need to have 11k in another bank's credit card to apply for this?
