Finally I have won the battle just like "Zhe Pi Ji Zhan" against Chao Zhao.
Streamyx called me and done it within 10 minutes which make me waited for 6 months.
Patience is the key word.
Step 1: Make official complain to MCMC.
Step 2: Jot down the TM contact number.
Step 3: Call the contact number upmtennth time.
Step 4: Call again until u get it and remember patience.
The speed I don't know yet, just managed to test the DSL link.
