Hoo la la oversubscribed by 34x
Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that the 94,045,000 Issue Shares made available for application by the Malaysian public have been oversubscribed.
A total of 24,992 applications for 3,311,432,200 Issue Shares with a value of RM927,201,016.00 were received from the Malaysian public, which represents an overall oversubscription rate of 34.21 times.
For the Bumiputera portion, a total of 12,175 applications for 1,275,836,900 Issue Shares were received, which represents an oversubscription rate of 26.13 times.
For the public portion, a total of 12,817 applications for 2,035,595,300 Issue Shares were received, which represents an oversubscription rate of 42.29 times.
