Really in dilemma

I wanted to open an account to trade US stock. So I did some survey and don't have the best brokerage.

OSK - min USD 25 + local RM 40 + Stampduty every RM 1000 charge RM 1

If I buy CITIGroup at USD 2.60, I have to pay about RM 140 (damn expensive)

If I open sogotrade, internet feedback say very difficult to log in - macam mana ni though only charge USD 3.

RM 10 compare to RM 140 is a lot leh? I think this RM 140 is sure kena paid to OSK liao.
