KUALA LUMPUR: DAYANG ENTERPRISE HOLDINGS BHD [] shares is buying a 40% stake in Syarikat Borcos Shipping Sdn Bhd for cash consideration of RM132.08 million.
The company said on Sept 9 that it had entered into a sale and purchase agreement with AWH Equity Holdings Sdn Bhd to buy 1.8 million shares in Borcos Shipping.
Borcos Shipping provides marine transportation and support services to the offshore oil and gas industry as well as integrated land-logistics services.
Dayang shares were suspended from 11.01am for the announcement and will resume trading at 2.30pm.
