The Board of Directors of Scomi Marine Bhd ("the Company") wishes to announce that upon request of the Company, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad had via its letter dated 4 February 2010 approved the suspension of trading in the securities of the Company with effect from 4.53 p.m. on 4 February 2010 to 5.00 p.m. 5 February 2010 pursuant to paragraph 16.03 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in relation to a material disposal of assets by the Company.
