Citibank Cash Back VS OCBC Titanium Crediit Card

Which one is better??

Let do a comparison:

Citibank:

The following terms and conditions are applicable to all cash rebates awarded under the Citibank Cash Back Platinum credit card issued by Citibank Berhad ("Citibank") to Citibank Cash Back Platinum cardmembers ("Cardmembers"):
[Note: For the avoidance of doubt, "Cardmembers" or "Cardmember"shall mean both the principal and supplementary cardmembers.]

(a) 5% cash rebate on all spending on petrol;
[Note: Cash rebates for petrol are capped at RM30 per month.]
(b) 2% cash rebate on all spending in Guardian and Watson pharmacies;
(c) 2% cash rebate on all spending on groceries at Carrefour, Tesco, Cold Storage and Giant;
(d) 2% cash rebate on all payments made via Citibank Online or through Citibank’s One Bill system for DiGi, Maxis and Celcom bills;
(e) 0.3% cash rebate on all other spending.

Points to Note:
-Cash rebate shall be credited into your account when the accumulated cash rebate for a particular month reaches RM50, otherwise the cash back will be carried forward to the next month.
-The amount of cash rebate which may be awarded to you in the period of one month for petrol spend shall be subject to the maximum limit of RM30.

OCBC:

The OCBC Titanium Cash Rebate Programme structure is as follow:

Conclusion: Both maximum REBATE capped per month is RM 50. Citibank only RM 50 will paid you, else it go to next month.
