Perisai selling unit for RM720,000
KUALA LUMPUR: Perisai Petroleum Teknologi Bhd has entered into a share sale agreement with Innovative Upstream Technologies Sdn Bhdfor the disposal of its entire issued and paid-up capital in Orinippon Trading Sdn Bhd for RM720,000.
The original cost of investment by Perisai for its 100% stake in Orinippon was RM1.03mil, the company said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.
Orinippon is involved in design, engineering and patent holding while Innovative, a bumiputra company, is in business development, advisory and engineering services for the oil and gas industry.
The proposed disposal will not have any significant impact on Perisais earning, net assets and gearing. Bernama
