Proposed bonus issue of 222,083,893 new ordinary shares of RM0.25 each in KJCF
(KJCF Shares) (Bonus Shares), to be credited as fully paid up, on the basis of
one (1) Bonus Share for every two (2) KJCF Shares held (Proposed Bonus Issue)
Proposed renounceable rights issue of 166,562,919 five (5)-year warrants
2011/2016 (Warrants) on the basis of one (1) Warrant for every four (4) KJCF
Shares held after the Proposed Bonus Issue at an issue price of RM0.01 per
Warrant (Proposed Rights Issue)
