On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company, Mercury Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that the Company is proposing to undertake the following:
(a) a private placement of up to 60,000,000 new ordinary shares of USD0.10 each in the Company (“CAP Share(s)” or “Share(s)”) (“Placement Shares”) (“Proposed Private Placement”); and
(b) a bonus issue of up to 330,000,000 warrants in the Company (“Warrant(s)”), on the basis of one (1) Warrant for every two (2) existing Shares held by registered holders of CAP Shares whose names appear in the record of depositors of the Company on a date to be determined by the Board (“Entitlement Date”) on the Entitlement Date (“Proposed Bonus Issue of Warrants”).
