KUALA LUMPUR (Feb 13): Based on Bursa Malaysia announcements and news flow today, stocks to watch tomorrow (February 14) may include the following companies :

Westports Holdings Bhd's net profit rose 19% to RM131.18 million in the 4Q13 from RM110.08 million a year earlier. Revenue climbed to RM502.63 million from RM477.24 million.

Full-year net profit increased to RM435.31 million from RM359.32 million a year earlier. Revenue was higher at RM1.71 billion versus RM1.49 billion.

The company plans to pay a dividend of 5.22 sen a share for the quarter in review, bringing full-year dividends to 40.47 sen a share. Westports' full-year dividends translate into a 16% yield based on the stock's closing price of RM2.51 today, according to calculations by theedgemalaysia.com.

MISC Bhd's net profit rose 50% to RM1.08 billion in 4Q13 from RM721.11 million a year earlier. The shipping firm's revenue, however, fell to RM2.14 billion from RM2.31 billion.

Full-year net profit increased to RM2.09 billion from RM770.25 million a year earlier. Revenue was lower at RM8.97 million compared with RM9.05 billion.

MISC plans to pay a dividend of five sen a share for the quarter in review.

Alliance Financial Group Bhd's net profit rose 3% to RM136.51 million in 3Q13 from RM132.74 million a year earlier.Revenue climbed to RM328.63 million from RM319.71 million.

Cumulative nine-month net profit increased to RM405.54 million from RM399.22 million. Revenue was higher at RM1.01 billion compared with RM978.03 million.

Tanco Holdings Bhd's 192.33 million irredeemable convertible unsecured loan stock (ICULS) will be listed on Bursa Malaysia tomorrow.

Tanco had earlier issued the ICULs as part of the property developer's rights issue. The ICULs will be traded under the stock short name of "TANCO-LB".

Real estate and hospitality entity Atlan Holdings Bhd plans to pay total dividends of 20 sen a share. The dividends comprise a third-interim payout of five sen per share and a special portion of 15 sen per share for financial year ending February 28, 2014.

The ex-date for the dividends falls on February 26 this year. Atlan will pay the dividends on March 14.
