1) First Redemption and Cancellation of ten per cent (10%) of the 7-year 6%
Redeemable Convertible Secured Loan Stocks of aggregate nominal value of
RM139,341,169 issued by Malton Berhad on 1 July 2011 of which outstanding
amount stood at RM134,854,469 as at 9 June 2014 ("2011/2018 RCSLS").
2) 12th Quarterly Interest Payment in respect of RM134,854,469 nominal value
7-year 6% per annum Redeemable Convertible Secured Loan Stocks of Malton Berhad.
Kindly be advised of the following :
1) The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted [ "Ex - All" ]
as from : [ 26 June 2014 ]
2) The last date of lodgement : [ 30 June 2014 ]
3) Date Payable : [ 9 July 2014 ]
Remarks :- Pursuant to the terms and conditions stipulated in the Trust Deed
dated 27 May 2011 constituting all the 2011/2018 RCSLS, Malton Berhad shall
undertake the first redemption and cancellation of ten per cent (10%) of the
outstanding nominal value of 2011/2018 RCSLS in the same and direct proportion
to the 2011/2018 RCSLS holdings of RCSLS holders whose names appear in the
Record of Depositors of Malton Berhad at the close of business at 5.00 pm on 30
June 2014 ("Book Closure Date").
Please refer to separate announcement on the Notice to the holders of 2011/2018
RCSLS in relation to the above-mentioned redemption and cancellation and Notice
of Book Closure Date released on even date for further information.
