How to read a tyre?

In the end I choose Viking RM 130 made in Malaysia + RM 5 tube head

The owner show me the price of 1 viking tyre is RM 118 cost, he just earn RM 12 per tyre, do you believe it?

From the tyre shop, he ask me change Satay bush RM 60 for 1 pair, what is that?

Internet just RM 30 1 set, workmanship so expensive meh??

Friday I will ask the mechanic to change for me, should be cheaper.

Service charge RM 5
Total RM 20
