We refer to the announcements made by AmInvestment Bank Berhad (“AmInvestment Bank”) on behalf of the Board of Directors of IWCity (“Board”) on 3 April 2015, 21 April 2015 and 13 July 2015 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements.
On behalf of the Board, AmInvestment Bank wishes to announce that both parties to the SPA have mutually agreed to extend the date of fulfilment of the condition in obtaining the approvals of the board of directors and shareholders of TBSB under the Clause 3.1.1(e) of the SPA for the Proposed Land Disposal to 2 December 2015.
