My friend invest the above fund from beginning 6 years ago. Averagely about 6% return per year.
I invest only 4 years ago, averagely abt 4% return.
FUND selection is very important.
4) Property - below average, 4 months no rental
Every time need to chase for rental, landlord like beggar, property investment not fun
5) SSPN-i - education fund on par 4% dividend
6) Job - like dead fish - achieve minimum KPI and work as semi retire
7) Health - below average
