2) EPF - Unit trust BAD
27 % loss ridiculous should not take out and put inside EPF better, at least capital protected, But this is an investment which carries RISK.
THINK RISK then PROFIT.
3) PRS - BREAK EVEN

4) Property -
Venice Hill - very good tenant, peaceful for 1 year - need to find another tenant 2 more days, rental reduce from 1k to RM 800 ( current market is bad)
Pajam - quite consistent after handling myself with the Agency, previously under 3rd party which cheat my money
5) SSPN-i - education fund on par 4% dividend
6) Job - like dead fish - achieve minimum KPI and no More Joy to work, next year Mark my 15 years in current company, Wife stop working
7) Health - below average
8) Crowd funding - Funding society, so far so good about 12% return, hope no default
9) Cryto farming - Luckily didn't go in, else will lose money
