Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd (“TIIH”) wishes to announce that the 21,192,000 Shares made available for application by the Malaysian public have been oversubscribed.
A total of 31,678 applications for 3,074,469,300 Shares with a value of RM1,168,298,334 were received from the Malaysian public, which represents an overall oversubscription rate of 144.08 times.
For the Bumiputera portion, a total of 15,307 applications for 1,356,970,100 Shares were received, which represents an oversubscription rate of 127.06 times.
For the public portion, a total of 16,371 applications for 1,717,499,200 Shares were received, which represents an oversubscription rate of 161.09 times.
