Plus is giving 10 % discount on 1 Jan 2009 until 31 December 2010 from 12am to 7am. I think it is impossible for me to have advantage on it.
The risk of accident travelling at Midnight compare to morning.
The risk of being rob is higher at Midnight.
The risk of sleeping while driving is higher at Midnight.
Based on the above calculated risk and margin of safety, Conclusion is not worth it.
