Pbbank - CN = 8*0.15 + 11.88 = 13.08 ( Not worth it)
TM-CM = 3*0.15+3.20 = 3.65 (not worth it)
KPJ-CA = 5*0.15 + 3.20 = 3.95 ( maybe can consider)
