MBF HOLDINGS TO RECOVER ALLEGED WRONGFULLY DISPOSED PROPERTIES FROM LOY FAMILY - 21 January 2011MBF HOLDINGS reported Jan 18, 2011 that its 100%-owned, MBF EDUCATION GROUP sb had effected legal service to recover assets alleged to have been wrongfully disposed by the Directors of the Company at the material time in the past.
The properties are 66.7% equity in MBF TAYLOR's sb and a parcel of land in Subang on which TAYLOR's COLLEGE was constructed and are presently registered under companies owned and/or controlled by the LOY Family.
