How to autodirect to new url?

I am in the midst of moving my blog to new url.

 Why I would like to move?

 New beginning.

 There are two methods:

 1) Meta Tag Method
Meta Method

2) Java Script Method

 If this does not work, you may use Java Script:
The following JavaScript example, which would go ahead of the first  flag on the web page,or between the  and 
 tags, opens the new site in the same browser window (effectively instead of the rest of the contents of the page that the script is in):
