Maybank is revising the benefits of a majority of its most popular credit cards, including the Maybank 2 Cards Gold and Platinum, the FC Barcelona Visa Signature, and the Singapore Airlines Krisflyer American Express Gold. Effective 1 June 2019, the changes will likely affect how cardholders use these cards.
Across the board, the revisions impact the benefits of the cards. Let’s look at the changes of each card.
I have canceled Maybank Visa and left Amex only. Current CC that I have:
1) AMBANK World mastercard - useless because can't go in a lot of airport lounge - will cancel this card soon
2) Public Bank VISA Signature - left RM 38 cash back
3) Alliance Bank Visa Infinite - useless also but luckily free for life annual fees and treatpoint no expiry
4) OCBC GE master card - auto change to installment if pay 10k insurance
5) Maybank Amex - RM 50 cash back
Frequent use card are: Public Bank Visa and Maybank Amex
I need to find a replacement card for my TNB bill.
Syabas bill - I am using BOOST.
TNB any suggestion to get 5% cash back???
