I am applying for the air asia citibank credit card with free gift MP3 player. However only new citibank card holder entitled.
Which part of your advertisement say that?

Looks like not only that, you have to pay RM45 if u want to have video on it. But they advertise free mp3/video player
I applied for the air asia credit card and was promised a free philips mp3 player. After receiving my credit cards, i did not receive my MP3 player. A few months later they sent an sms, to redeem my mp3 player online, guess what, there is no such web page. I will make complaints in my free time, and i will never use or get get another citibank credit card.
