I call them to waive the RM 25 service tax for my supplementary card,

They say just swipe 1 time but now say 3 times.

Kanasai.

Why so mah fan?

I can cancel Principal card but not supplementary card, must hold for 6 months.

Sipeh mah fan.

After that they offer me cash on credit card at 5.99 % per annum.

Alliance bank offer me cash on credit card at 3.99% per annum.

I think i will cancel the VISA card,
keep supplementary,
swipe 2 times,
call them and get back RM 25.
