From 13 cents change to 7 cents...
Previously before the RIGHT ISSUE (RI), you need to submit 1 LA and add 13 cents to convert to Mother.
After RI, you need to submit 1 LA and add 7 cents to convert to mother.
L& G current price 0.24
L&G LA X+0.07 = 0.24
X = 0.17 good buy??? or good bye??? provided mother L&G can hold strong at 0.24.
