Pursuant to Paragraph 9.28(3) of Bursa Securities Malaysia Berhad Main Market Listing Requirements, the Board of Directors of FITTERS regrets to announce that the Company is unable to submit the Annual Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2010 ("AFS").
The Board is disappointed that the External Auditors have at 4.30 p.m. today informed the Company that they cannot finalise the said AFS by today and they assured the Company the said AFS will be completed by 6 May 2011.
After discussing with the External Auditors, the Board does not expect the said AFS to have any material changes to the fourth quarter results announced on 14 February 2011.
